If you answered yes to any of these questions, then Economics 390 or Economics 391 is the courses for you. Econ 390 and 391 provide excellent opportunities to obtain on-the-job experience while applying the skills and knowledge you develop in your Economics classes. These courses are intended for Economics majors and minors seeking practical experience using their Economics training. The focus of Economics 390 is short-term (1 semester) practical experience. Economics 391 requires a 2-semester commitment and provides more supervision. Both courses require two short papers and Econ 391 requires an oral presentation. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required to enroll in Econ 391.
